Telephone

Clients
who wish to attend one of our offices for a face-to-face
consultation will need to contact us to
pre-book the consultation. You will be informed of the
fixed fee at the time you book your consultation, and
asked whether you wish to proceed.
It
is also easy to have a telephone consultation (in urgent
cases, within 2-3 days of your request). So, as an emailer,
if you wish to have a 'realtime' telephone consultation
with our chief Australian immigration lawyer, you can
do this by following these easy steps:
Step
1: email us with your request
for a telephone consultation, providing details about:
 |
your
case; and
|
 |
a
list of the questions you wish to discuss during
the telephone consultation; and
|
 |
the
approximate day and time you wish to have it. |
Australian
Immigration & Citizenship Law Advisers
will then email you with the estimated time needed to
discuss your case and your questions, and give you the
fixed fee to be pre-paid by you before you can
have your consultation with our chief Australian immigration
lawyer.
Step
2: You will then need to make
the payment as advised. After you make the payment,
you need to advise us by email as to the payment details.
Step
3: After we confirm payment has
been made, we email you to make arrangements for us
to telephone you for your telephone consultation.
Step
4: On the
pre-arranged day and time, Australian
Immigration & Citizenship Law Advisers
will telephone you to conduct the telephone consultation.

Service
# 3:
FULL,
COMPREHENSIVE, TOTAL -
Management
of your Australian
Immigration
Case
'from start to finish'
For
a reasonable fixed fee, we will FULLY AND COMPREHENSIVELY
manage your entire Australian immigration matter for
you (whether it is a Australian visa application to
the Australian Immigration Office (DIMA), or an appeal
case to the MRT (Migration Review Tribunal), RRT (Refugee
Review Tribunal), AAT (Administrative Appeals Tribunal)
or the Australian courts. That is, we will manage your
Australian immigration case from when you engage us
to when your application result is received. There are
no hidden costs whatsoever.
Australian
Immigration & Citizenship Law Advisers
will be responsible for everything and will do everything
for you including dealing with all third parties and
any person or organization that has or could have anything
to do with the success of your case. In this way, we
are very different from other 'Australian migration
agents' (our competitors) because as your Australian
immigration lawyers, we can take on very much more responsibility
than any non-lawyer migration agents can or are able
to do for you.
These
are the benefits you get:
- we
sort and select out all important and relevant information
in the process of informing, discussing and advising
you;
- we
give you a detailed legal Australian immigration assessment
of your case and we advise you on the probability
of obtaining the correct Australian visa to suit your
indicated needs based on your information; (we also
advise you on legal options for obtaining other 'alternative'
Australian visa/s that will allow you to do what you
want to do in Australia);
- we
advise you on any other legal strategies or work which
should first be done before lodgment of the correct
application; we obtain crucially important documents
from third parties where necessary;
- we
prepare for you all application papers for the agreed
visa type (including all official forms and legal
documents such as statutory declarations and affidavits)
and we gather together all evidentiary documents needed
in the application;
- we
contact, discuss and arrange with all third parties
(e.g. Accountants, psychologists, doctors, hospitals,
employers, etc.) for the provision of 'expert' opinion
which in our legal opinion are necessary for achieving
success in your Australian application. (Usually this
involves us entering into legal-technical discussions
with these experts for some legal 'redesigning
of their papers to make them more relevant to the
applied law. Their answers and reports will form the
'expert opinions' to be submitted along with the Australian
visa application forms and other annexures);
- we
get you to check and then sign all papers including
official Australian visa forms (after we are fully
satisfied as to the quality and completion of the
prepared Australian visa application papers and attachments);
- we
lodge for you all Australian visa application papers
at the correct Australian immigration office;
- we
conduct for you all follow-up work and case management
until the application decision is received from the
immigration office. (This can involve us having to
answer further questions or making further legal submissions
to immigration officers and arranging further technical/legal
discussions and meetings with them and any third parties
about issues raised by the immigration officers);
- we
advise you and prepare you in advance for your interview
with the Australian immigration office; (This includes
discussing with you so-called 'difficult' questions
you are likely to be asked at the interview.
This will help you not to give any misleading or unclear
answers which may be used against you by the Australian
immigration officers.
You should note that it not difficult to 'fail' at
an interview based on the type of answers
you give or the type of words
you use at the interview. Therefore, you should never
take the interview lightly); almost always, one of
our specialist Australian immigration lawyers
will attend the interview with you;
- we
complete for you all important post-decision work
(including further advice as necessary);
When
you use this service, you
may, if you wish, refuse to contact or be contacted
by any immigration officer from any immigration office
during the entire processing period of your application.
As your representative, we will handle, for you and
on behalf of you, all necessary and related communications,
negotiations, responses and all legal work in dealing
with Australian immigration officers.
There is no further fee to use our consultant lawyers
for this service - it is included in the fixed
fee you pay.
If
you receive any letters or other communications from
any Australian immigration officer, you may legally
refuse to speak or deal with them by saying that you
have full legal representation and then simply referring
them to Australian
Immigration & Citizenship Law Advisers.
The only exception to this rule is where you are asked
to attend an interview before a decision on your case
is made, and as stated above, usually one of our Australian
immigration lawyers will also attend the interview with
you.
Our
paramount
and overall
objective always
is simply this:
THE SUCCESS OF YOUR AUSTRALIAN VISA APPLICATION.
We are most mindful that this is what you pay us to
use our best efforts
to achieve.
If
your want Australian
Immigration & Citizenship Law Advisers
to fully and comprehensively prepare and manage your
Australian visa application, please contact us (click

Us ) to discuss further.

Service
# 4:
Pre-lodgement Application Check (PAC)
(Note:
Please DO NOT send
us your
original
documents!)
This
is a 'You Do It, We Check It' service. It is for those
clients wanting effective specialist legal Australian
immigration assistance with the minimum of cost. Typically
in this situation, you
prepare the entire Australian visa application papers.
Then, before you lodge your Australian visa application
(which you think is complete), you contact us to obtain
a PAC on your visa application papers. Your PAC will
give you our chief Australian immigration lawyer's opinion
as to whether your visa application papers are ready
for lodging - that is, you get this opinion before
you lodge it.
This
is VERY IMPORTANT as without this check, you could be
lodging a defective Australian visa application resulting
in a visa application failure. An Austraian visa
application failure should ALWAYS be regarded as a SERIOUS
AND DAMAGING 'immigration' event to your future
wishes to enter or remain permanently in Australia.
It should be avoided, if possible, at all costs.
After
we receive your instructions requesting a PAC, we will
tell you exactly when to send
ONE PHOTOCOPY of all your Australian application
papers to our office by courier. (On rare occasions,
you may be able to fax it to us, as when urgent service
is important). (Please
DO NOT SEND YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS as we will NOT
be sending back any papers to you. The purpose of this
policy is to keep down costs to you and protect against
loss of your originals in the mail).
Upon
receipt of your Australian visa application papers,
we will carry out our examination/assessment of your
entire visa application papers and then prepare our
PAC for you. Our work includes reading and making
notes on any legally conflicting facts, conducting
legal research to ensure the correct laws are obeyed
in your Australian visa application, and commenting
on any documentary deficiencies in your Australian
application papers, ensuring there are no fatal factual
or legal errors in your papers and whether any further
attachments are required or recommended.
Based
on this work, we then prepare and send you your PAC.
If
you are interested in obtaining your PAC, please contact
us (click on: Contact
Us) to discuss further.

Service
# 5:
Small
Australian Immigration Assignments
On
your instructions, we are able to deal with any 'follow-up
work' including any particular or specific aspect of
your Australian immigration application after or before
you lodge it. Perhaps your application
is taking too long to be processed by the Australian
Embassy or High Commission. Or they have asked you a
"difficult" question and you are worried and not sure
how best to deal with it.
Some
clients contact us for assistance to help 'speed up
the processing of the case' (common especially when
dealing with Australian immigration officers at Australian
Embassies or High Commissions) or checking post-lodgement
papers and then advising on, for instance, medical criteria,
sponsorships, assurances of support (mandatory or discretionary),
or any other unexpected matters raised by Australian
immigration officers during the processing of the application.
Australian
Immigration & Citizenship Law Advisers
is experienced in dealing with all such matters.
Also,
if necessary, we can prepare and lodge further
documents and legal submissions for strengthening your
case or monitor and follow-up on your case until a decision
is made by Australian immigration authorities. We are
experienced at advising and assisting clients in small
jobs such as these.
So
if you have only a specific or particular aspect of
your post-lodgement processing stage that is worrying
you, why not contact us for help and assistance. For
negotiated fee, we will expertly work to legally settle
your worries or concerns to your advantage, which should
greatly give you peace of mind.
PLEASE
NOTE: As in the case of our comprehensive/total management
service (see 2 above) if you use this service, you
may, if you wish, refuse to talk to or be contacted
by any Australian immigration officer during the
period of our engagement as Australian
Immigration & Citizenship Law Advisers
will handle ALL communications with Australian immigration
officers for you.
If
interested in this service, please contact us (click

Us) to discuss further.
