Christine has practised in Australia as a licensed Immigration Consultant since 2004 to date in all categories and types of Australian visa applications and appeal (AAT) matters. She has been working in the Australian immigration industry since 2003, and before this, worked extensively in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry in Asia Pacific.
Christine has provided immigration advice and assistance to companies in the manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, engineering, mining, construction and IT industries. Her previous experience in working with a vast range of companies in various industries in the Asia Pacific region enhances her understanding of most of the occupations listed in the Skills Occupation List (SOL) and Consolidated Skills Occupation List (CSOL), which then enables her to consult positively with the skills assessment authorities and the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
Christine’s previous immigration experience includes being the Manager of a leading global immigration law firm, leading their Brisbane office from 2008 -2010. Prior to her secondment to Brisbane, Christine was working as a Senior Consultant in Sydney CBD from 2006 – 2008. Christine acquired her solid foundation in the migration technical skills from working with solicitors and barristers in a law firm in Liverpool (NSW, Australia) from 2004 – 2006.
Christine is based in Brisbane, Australia but regularly visits Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Thailand. As such, she is able to accept clients for consultation with appointments prior to her visit.
